OYA Council meeting results

Sunday ten of us got together for the second OYA Council meeting. It proved to be very productive. We agreed on a logo that is in the polishing stages now. We brainstormed about a mission statement and formed a committee that will put all our thoughts together. Next we brainstormed about projects we would like to see happen now, in the near future and someday. We have many great ideas so be looking for some exciting things to be happening. We didn’t get everything accomplished so we will be meeting again Friday, Sept. 9. Place and time to be announced. This meeting we will be forming a lot of committees so if you think you’d like to help in a short-term way, it would be a great chance for you to see all the options and offer your help.
